The Great Burden

You feel as I do;
this much I know.
That the great injustices of the world
bear heavily upon you
as they do
me.
This is the Great Cycle,
don’t you see?
Times of great injustice
breed individuals burdened
to light the way towards freedom
and those born to freedom know not
the struggles to obtain it
and thus
create times of great injustice.
This is the Way.
