without pain
is quite simple.
You need not ignore it
for it is often in our efforts
to avoid the thing
do we come face to face with it,
but rather,
you embrace pain.
You dive
into it.
This may seem
rather counter intuitive
at first,
but it is only after we normalize
does it cease to hold any power
over you.
